What is your return policy for sale items and orders placed with a discount code?
Any item purchased on sale or at a marked down price is final sale and ineligible for any form of return or exchange.
Full-priced products are eligible for a refund, unless purchased with Klarna, Sezzle, AfterPay (those are only eligible for a store credit). Orders placed with a promo code are only eligible for a store credit.
Are there any steps before returning my order?
All returns need to be approved by BetterTan support before sending the item back.
For EU customers: You'll be given a Return Authorization Number which must be included with the return.
For US customers: Use a tracked postal service — return parcels remain your responsibility until received by BetterTan.
Can I change/edit/cancel my order?
We process orders as soon as they're placed, so we can't make changes after submission. For questions, email sales@bettertanswim.com (responses up to 48 business hours).

UK: 7-8 working days. US & Canada: 4-7 working days. Australia & New Zealand: 8-10 working days. South America: 8-10 working days.
