Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with tags, hygienic liners, and original packaging intact.
No. Some items, collections, and order types are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. This includes final sale items, marked-down products, Buy 2 Get 3 Free offers, and orders with discounts over 20%.
Please contact BetterTan support before sending anything back. All returns must be approved first. Once approved, we will send you the next steps.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Where eligible, we may offer a one-time exchange. A $20 return label fee applies for exchanges to partially cover shipping costs for the replacement item.
Eligible returns may qualify for either a refund to the original payment method, store credit, or an exchange, depending on the order type and return conditions.
No. Sale items and marked-down products are final sale and are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange.
Orders placed with a promo code discount are eligible for store credit only, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Orders placed using Klarna, Sezzle, or AfterPay are eligible for store credit only, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
No. Orders placed using store credit issued from a previous return are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund, additional store credit, or exchange.
Flawless Collection Sizing & Returns
No. Flawless collection items are not eligible for return or store credit for size-related reasons.
The Flawless collection uses a clearly explained two-size fit system, and a size guide is provided on each product page. Because this fit structure is clearly shown before purchase, size-related returns and store credit are not available for Flawless items.

Shipping Policy
Shipping times vary depending on your destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
We currently offer both Priority Express and Tracked Shipping in many regions. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary slightly depending on customs, local carrier performance, and high-volume periods.
Orders are typically processed within our normal fulfillment window before shipment. During launches, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

EU Shipping

For most EU destinations, we currently offer:

Yes. If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible and we will guide you through the next steps.

Yes, we ship to selected non-EU European destinations including Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland.
For these destinations, we currently offer:

Taxes & Duties
For most destinations, duties and taxes are prepaid, so no additional import charges should be due on delivery.
For Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland, local duties, VAT, or import fees may still apply depending on local regulations.

For Non-EU Europe destinations such as Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland, duties and taxes may not be included and may be charged separately upon delivery.
