Refund policy

All sales are final outside the EU and UK. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order. If you are unsure about your size, email hello@bettertanswim.com before ordering and we will help you choose.

Faulty or incorrect items (all countries)

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, email hello@bettertanswim.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos. Once we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement or refund you to your original payment method. We cover the return shipping for faulty or incorrect items. Please do not send anything back before we reply.

US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South America and all other non-EU countries

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, colour or change of mind.

EU and UK customers: your 14-day right to cancel

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. To cancel, email hello@bettertanswim.com with your order number, then send the items back within 14 days of that email.

For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn and unwashed, with the hygiene liner, tags and original packaging intact. Swimwear that has been worn or has its hygiene liner removed cannot be returned.

Return shipping is paid by you. We refund the item price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the law of your country.
