At BetterTan, we accept returns on eligible items that are sent back in original condition and in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
• Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
• All tags, hygienic liners, and original packaging must remain intact
• The item must be returned in resaleable condition
• The return must be sent only after receiving return approval from BetterTan
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Return Options
Eligible returns may qualify for one of the following:
• Refund to the original payment method
• Store credit
• One-time exchange, where applicable
Once your returned parcel is received and inspected, approved refunds, store credit, or exchanges are typically processed within 14 business days.
Refunds can only be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout, where applicable.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For exchanges, a $20 return label fee applies to help cover part of the shipping cost for the replacement item.
Return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until they are received by BetterTan.
We strongly recommend using a tracked or registered shipping service when returning an item.

Returns Approval
All returns must be approved by BetterTan support before being sent back.
Our return address is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
If your return is approved, you will receive return instructions. Where applicable, a Return Authorization Number must be included with the parcel. Returns sent without prior approval or without the required authorization details may be refused.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Items purchased during Buy 2, Get 3 Free promotions
• Orders with discounts over 20%
• Products purchased on sale or at a marked-down price
• Any item returned in non-resaleable condition
• Any item damaged due to customer misuse, wear, or improper handling
No exceptions will be made for fit, sizing, or preference on final sale items.

Flawless Collection – Size-Related Returns
Flawless collection items are not eligible for return or store credit for size-related reasons.
The Flawless collection uses a clearly explained two-size fit system, and a size guide is provided on each product page to help customers choose the most suitable option before ordering.
Because this sizing structure is clearly presented before purchase, BetterTan is unable to accept returns or issue store credit for size-related issues on Flawless items.
If you are unsure which Flawless size is best for you, please contact us before placing your order.

Promotional Orders
Orders placed using a promo code that discounts the order are eligible for store credit only, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Installment Payment Orders
Orders placed using Klarna, Sezzle, or AfterPay are eligible for store credit only, unless required otherwise by applicable law.
Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

Store Credit Orders
Any order placed using store credit issued from a previous return is considered final sale and is not eligible for refund, further store credit, or exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear supporting photos
We will review the case and provide the next steps.

Late, Missing, or Delayed Shipments
BetterTan is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
BetterTan is also not responsible for return parcels lost in transit before being received at our return address.

Policy Abuse / Right to Refuse
BetterTan reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, store credit, or exchanges in cases of:
• policy abuse
• repeated excessive returns
• suspicious activity
• returns that do not comply with the conditions above
We also reserve the right to update or amend this policy at any time.
